I am an amateur photographer from Florence (Italy), proudly and deeply in love with my town.

I love all kinds of art: poetry, painting, music... I consider myself a multifaceted soul.

Being passionate about travel and foreign languages I studied to become a tour guide. Later I also became passionate about music so I studied and played classical music for several years.

​

Afterwards I discovered and developed an interest in wine and enology, and it was a natural decision for me to attend a sommelier course as well... when you live in Tuscany, knowing and learning the history of our vineyards is almost a "must"!

Today I can say that tasting a glass of wine is a completely different experience for me.

Besides that, I have always loved photography. I started taking pictures with an old film camera and then I switched to a digital one and. Over the years, I realized it was the beginning of a long "love story".

A few years ago I created a Flickr profile, and I consider it a sort of "baptism".

Over the past few years, I've started collaborating with several online magazines by providing them - when needed - with my photos. Nowadays I regularly write articles. It's a new passion discovered by chance, which is giving me several satisfactions.  My topics are mainly luxury tourism, travel destinations, food and beverages.

 

As soon as I can, I grab my camera and hit the road.

The destination is not important: I love on-the-road travel and planning all my trips independently.

My favorite places are the Nordic countries, but I don't disdain a sunset on a warm beach either! I have a great love for Denmark, where I discovered the hygge culture and made it my own. 

I like to photograph many different subjects: whatever catches my eye, from street photography to landscapes or macros.
